Pricing (or ‘the bottom line’)
Unfortunately, for many companies, top priority is price rather than quality. This is certainly logical in today’s ever-changing, challenging economy. Another one of my mottos: you get what you pay for. I may not be the cheapest translator on the market, but I do provide translations at a fair, competitive price.
Depending on the country, part of the world and of course the translator, pricing may be based on number of words, characters, lines of text or hours worked. My rates are based on several variables, depending on the urgency, degree of difficulty or type of text.
